3. Google API Services

When you connect your Google account to BOBinbox, you also agree to:

4. Account Responsibilities

When you create an account, you agree to:

Violation of this policy may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

6. Email Sending Guidelines

When using BOBinbox to send emails, you must:

Only send emails to recipients who have given consent to receive them

Include accurate sender information and a valid physical address

Provide clear opt-out mechanisms when required by law

Honor unsubscribe requests promptly

Comply with all applicable email laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL, etc.)

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by QQuadro and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you create or upload through the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

  • Scheduled maintenance and updates

  • Third-party service disruptions (including Google API outages)
  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We do not warrant that:

  • The Service will meet your specific requirements
  • The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
  • Email delivery rates or deliverability are guaranteed
  • Any errors in the Service will be corrected

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, QQUADRO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Loss of profits, revenue, or data
  • Business interruption
  • Email delivery failures or delays
  • Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

By You: You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it through your account settings or by contacting us.

By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if:

  • You violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy
  • Your account is used for illegal activities
  • We receive valid legal requests requiring termination
  • We discontinue the Service (with reasonable notice)

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately, and we may delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless QQuadro and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

For users in the European Union, nothing in these Terms affects your rights under applicable consumer protection laws, including the GDPR.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Italy.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by:

  • Sending an email notification for material changes

Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
